Job Description
We are looking for a Production Manager for our operations in Halmstad. This is a role for those who enjoy being close to the operation and who want to make a difference every day.
In the role of Production Manager, you will be an important part of our operations in Halmstad, where we handle and further process paper, plastic and FA. You will be involved in ensuring that the flow at the facility runs smoothly, safely and efficiently, while leading and developing employees in daily operations.
About the Role
As a Production Manager, you have a central role in the daily operations where you lead, plan and distribute the work in production. You work closely with the business and are a visible and present leader with personnel and work environment responsibility for a committed team.
Together with your team, you are responsible for creating safe, efficient and well-functioning production while working with a clear business focus. By optimizing flows, developing working methods and utilizing the full potential of the material, you contribute to the profitability and continued development of the business.
In collaboration with the branch manager, you follow up on key figures, drive improvement work and are involved in issues related to the external environment, quality and work environment. The role suits you who thrive in a smaller organization where collaboration, responsibility and proximity to the business are a natural part of everyday life.
In the role, you also collaborate closely with other parts of the organization in Halmstad to create the best possible conditions for the business, our customers and the business as a whole.
Examples of tasks
- Lead, coach and develop employees in production
- Ensure a safe working environment and drive work environment efforts
- Work on skills development in the team
- Drive improvement work linked to structure, flow and efficiency
- Follow up production and key figures
- Ensure compliance with environmental and quality requirements
- Work with structure and order according to Lean and 5S
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00 a.m.–4:00 p.m.

Qualifications
- Leadership experience and experience in managing staff
- Experience working with work environment issues
- B driving license
- Good computer skills
- Experience from industry, production, warehousing or other similar operations
- Very good spoken and written Swedish
