These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of JobNomix at https://jobnomix.com (the "Site"). By browsing the Site, subscribing to alerts, creating an account or posting a job, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the Site.
JobNomix is a job board. We list remote, hybrid, onsite, freelance, contract and internship openings so job seekers can find them in one place. We are not a recruitment agency, an employer, or a party to any employment relationship, contract, offer or negotiation between a job seeker and an employer.
We may edit listings for formatting, clarity or SEO, and we may reject, unpublish or remove any listing at our discretion — including without notice where it appears fraudulent, misleading or in breach of these Terms.
Every listing may carry an "Apply before" closing date. Once that date passes, the listing is automatically removed from the Site and its page will redirect to the homepage. Listings may also be removed earlier if the role is filled, the employer requests removal, or the listing breaches these Terms.
Listings are supplied by employers or gathered from public sources. While we curate what we publish, we cannot verify every detail of every role, and we do not guarantee that a listing is current, accurate, complete or that the position still exists. We do not guarantee that you will receive a reply, an interview or a job offer, and we do not guarantee that an employer will find a suitable candidate. Always verify an employer independently before sharing personal information.
The Site links to employer websites and may show advertising or affiliate content. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, offers, products or privacy practices. Sponsored and affiliate placements are labelled; clicking them may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you.
The JobNomix name, logo, design, code, copy and the arrangement of the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You may view and share links to the Site, but you may not copy, reproduce, frame, mirror, scrape or create derivative works from it without our written permission. Employer names and logos remain the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify the listing.
You agree not to: interfere with or overload the Site; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any account, server or data; upload malware; harvest email addresses or personal data; impersonate any person or company; or use the Site for anything unlawful, abusive or fraudulent.
We may suspend or delete any account and remove any content, at any time, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been breached or the Site is being misused. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free or free of harmful components.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, JobNomix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss, or for lost profits, lost opportunities, lost data, or losses arising from your dealings with any employer or applicant, from reliance on any listing, or from any interruption to the Site. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
You agree to indemnify and hold JobNomix harmless from any claim, loss or expense arising out of the content you submit, your use of the Site, or your breach of these Terms or of any law.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information and forms part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The "last updated" date shows the current version, and continuing to use the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Udaipur, Rajasthan shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your own country of residence.
