Skills / Experience (mandatory)

10+ years of total work experience with at least 5+ years of experience in building partnerships with ISV, SI, Hypersc alers.
Should have a good understanding of software technology landscape.
Should demonstrate sound understanding of the overall IT services business.
Experience of working cross-functional teams in a global delivery model
Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter, persistent, collaborative, and cooperative attitude
Identify and onboard new partners that align with our markets
Participate in Strategy and GTM approach across current partners (ISV, Hyperscalers, Specialized)
Participate in joint account planning to identify new opportunities (Partner-led and Partner-supported)
Implement channel sales strategies around Partner resell, up-sell, co-sell
Track, monitor pipeline and engage with sales, practice teams on all channel sales related opportunities
Drive incremental revenue growth and meet sales targets via channel rebates, discounts available via resell
