Your Role
As part of the B2C Retention Team, you will be the main point of contact for our existing B2C customers. You will guide them through the renewal of their current subscription or the booking of their next subscription, providing them with personalized and targeted advice – from suitable options and vehicle changes to our loyalty program. With your keen understanding of our customers' wishes and needs, you will ensure they find the best possible mobility solution and enjoy a first-class customer experience.
Your Mission
- Increase customer loyalty: You actively support our existing customers in renewing their subscriptions or switching to a new one. Through targeted advice, you ensure long-term satisfaction and strengthen customer loyalty.
- Proactive & individual advice: Through various channels (telephone, email, etc.) you specifically address the wishes and needs of our customers and offer them the optimal mobility solution – including individual advice on our loyalty program.
- Utilize customer feedback: You accurately perceive the needs of our existing customers, collect their feedback and pass it on internally to continuously improve processes, products and communication.
- Develop strategic retention measures: With a view to the entire customer lifecycle, you implement targeted measures to increase customer loyalty and work closely with your team to further develop the retention strategy.
- Optimize processes: You analyze existing processes in customer relationship management, identify potential for improvement, and contribute your ideas to making our processes more efficient and customer-friendly.
Your Profile
Must have:
- Completed studies or vocational training
- First experience in customer contact – whether in customer success, sales, service or as a working student: what's crucial is that you know how to inspire customers.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken – you adapt to different conversation partners and communicate clearly and reliably.
- Service-oriented, independent work style – you solve problems before the customer has to ask twice.
- Structured thinking and attention to detail – you optimize processes instead of simply accepting them.
- Fluent German (C2) and proficient English
Nice to have:
- Experience in dealing with churn situations or retention conversations
- Affinity for the automotive industry or interest in sustainable mobility
- Knowledge of CRM tools (e.g. Salesforce, Zendesk or similar)
- Sales mindset: you think not only in terms of problem-solving, but also in terms of how to retain customers in the long term.
