You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Existing customer contact: You contact our existing customers by phone and invite them to a personal appointment.
• No sales: Your focus is not on selling products, but on inviting customers to a personal consultation. You create the opportunity for them to discuss their questions and wishes in a direct conversation with our insurance experts.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction: With your friendly and professional manner, you ensure that customers feel valued and leave the conversation with a positive impression.

This is what you bring with you

• Excellent communication skills, ideally with some experience in telephony.
• Excellent German skills, both spoken and written (English skills are an advantage)
• Completed training in the insurance sector is an advantage.
• Independent and structured work style
• Reliability, flexibility and teamwork
• Friendly and confident demeanor
