Responsibility

• You will stay up-to-date on legislation (primarily tax and social security), industry regulations, and trends in digital and innovation in public administration;
• You will structure the necessary data and logic underlying the verification of user requirements for public bonuses and the management of practices on the platform;
• you will support the planning of the integration of bonuses and services into the platform;
• You will support the Marketing & Operations team in planning content on company communication channels and optimizing operational processes;
• You will support the Development team in analyzing requirements and planning the development roadmap;
• You will help our customer support team with information assistance to users regarding specific issues.

Who are you?

• degree in Economics or related field;
• qualification as a chartered accountant;
• efficient time management and task organization;
• excellent knowledge of spreadsheets (Excel or Google Sheets);
• attention to detail, aptitude for study and excellent logical skills;
• excellent written and oral communication skills;
• knowledge of spoken and written English (level B2).

I'm a plus:

• previous experience at an accountancy firm, a law firm, or an employment consultancy firm, a CAF or Patronato.
• basic knowledge of logical operators (such as AND and OR).
