WHAT YOU DO
- The role is "post-sales" and as such is located within our company's technical sustainability team.
- Approximately 70-80% of the tasks focus on customer support and customer management, while the remaining tasks include the evaluation of individual customer data and the further development of processes.
- You will be encouraged and supported to build your own technical expertise in the field of sustainability in order to also deliver project content for clients.
- You onboard new customers into our software
- You support customers as a "clearinghouse" for questions and problems related to the use of our products and provide them with technical advice in the area of sustainability.
- You interpret the results of our software (sustainability KPIs and content) for customers and support them in making decisions about the optimal use of our tools and services.
- You are the internal interface between our sales teams, the sustainability function, and our software engineers.
- You develop and manage the tools for monitoring customer activity and respond to this monitoring.
- The primary internal working language will be English, but communication with customers will mainly be in German.
WHO YOU ARE
- You have at least one year of experience in a similar role.
- You have work experience with at least one of the following topics: GHG protocol, GRI, DNK, Ecovadis
- You have native-level German language skills.
- You work independently and are customer-oriented.
- You are characterized by a structured and solution-oriented work style.
- You communicate clearly and confidently.
- You are motivated to learn new sustainability content independently.
- Experience with the GHG protocol is a plus.
- You have fluent English skills.
