Store Supervisor

We're on the lookout for a motivated and enthusiastic Store Supervisor to join our friendly team in Stamford! Key Responsibilities Include:

• Set an example when welcoming and serving customers
• Ensure the store and stockrooms are maintained and presentable at all times
• Provide up-to-date information to the customers to uphold our premium customer service
• Taking lead in managing customer queries and concerns in the absence of the store manager
• Assist the store manager with team cover
• Open and close the store when required
• Cash-up and reconciliation at the end of the day
• Ensure the store runs smoothly in the absence of the store manager
• Assist with weekly stock deliveries and returns
• Support the manager with daily administrational tasks when required

Personal Skills Required:

• Proven record of customer facing experience
• Well-rounded experience in sales of luxury goods
• Experience in handling and maintaining stock within a retail environment
• Confidence in handling monies and reconciliation of tills
• High work ethic and a passion for luxury retail
• dedicated to their role within the store and/or company
• Strong motivational skills when working with a team
• Positive attitude towards workloads
• Over 18 years of age

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, between the days and hours of
Monday - Sunday; 09:15 - 17:15, Rota Basis.
