My Doctor Health Center in Nyköping has been in existence since 2019. We are a smaller and personal health center with a committed team, short decision-making paths and close collaboration between different professions.

We are now looking for a specialist in general medicine who wants to become part of our team!

We offer an 80–100% service rate and the opportunity to perform administrative tasks remotely up to half a day a week, in consultation with the operations manager and based on the needs of the business.
About the role
As a specialist doctor, you will have varied work with the opportunity to follow your patients over time and contribute to safe and cohesive care.
Your duties include, among others:
- Planned office visits and follow-up of chronic diseases.
- Emergency patient visits and medical assessments.
- Weekly rounds at special housing (SÄBO).
- Supervision by medical colleagues when necessary.
- Service in primary care on-call and emergency services.
- Development of the health center's working methods, routines and quality.
Depending on interest and experience, medical management responsibility (MAL) may also be relevant.
We work with named, fixed doctor contacts and value continuity, teamwork and good patient relationships.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is a specialist in general medicine and appreciates the breadth and variety of primary care. You are confident in your professional role, have good patient relations and enjoy collaborating.
We are looking for you as:
- Is a licensed physician with specialist expertise in general medicine.
- Has experience in primary care.
- Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish equivalent to level C2.
- Has good collaboration skills and genuine patient commitment.
- Wants to contribute to a positive work environment and the development of the business.
