Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Senior Content Writer to create high-quality, engaging, and business-focused content for Naveera’s technology and IT services offerings. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in B2B technology content, digital marketing, SEO, LinkedIn content, website content, and thought leadership.

The candidate will work closely with the Business Development, Marketing, Sales, and Technology teams to create content that supports brand positioning, lead generation, client engagement, and business growth across the US and global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-quality B2B technology and IT services content for US and global audiences.
• Develop website content including service pages, solution pages, landing pages, blogs, case studies, and company profiles.
• Research and write content related to AI/ML, Generative AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, AWS, GCP, Software Development, Analytics, and IT Consulting.
• Create engaging LinkedIn posts, thought-leadership content, executive posts, and social media content.
• Develop content that supports lead generation, outbound sales, account-based marketing, and business development campaigns.
• Write compelling email campaigns, newsletters, sales collateral, brochures, and presentations.
• Work with the sales team to create client-specific proposals, capability documents, pitch decks, and solution narratives.
• Conduct industry and competitor research to identify relevant topics and content opportunities.
• Develop SEO-friendly content using appropriate keywords, headings, metadata, internal linking, and search intent.
• Edit and proofread content for grammar, clarity, tone, consistency, and accuracy.
• Repurpose existing content into blogs, LinkedIn posts, articles, email campaigns, and sales collateral.
• Collaborate with technical teams to understand complex technology concepts and convert them into easy-to-understand business content.
• Maintain consistent brand voice, messaging, and content standards across digital channels.
• Track content performance and continuously improve content based on engagement and lead-generation results.

Primary Skills

• 5+ years of professional Content Writing / B2B Content Marketing experience.
• Strong experience writing for IT Services, Technology, SaaS, Software, or Consulting companies.
• Excellent English writing, editing, proofreading, and communication skills.
• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for business audiences.
• Hands-on experience with SEO content writing and keyword research.
• Experience creating LinkedIn and social media content for technology brands and executives.
• Strong research and content-development capabilities.
• Experience writing for US/global audiences is highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple content assignments.

Technology Content – Preferred

Good to Have

• Experience with HubSpot, WordPress, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, or similar platforms.
• Familiarity with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, or other SEO tools.
• Experience using AI-assisted content creation tools while maintaining originality and quality.
• Experience creating case studies, whitepapers, eBooks, thought-leadership articles, and technical blogs.
• Experience supporting B2B lead-generation and Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns.
• Basic understanding of LinkedIn analytics and content performance.
• Experience working with US-based sales and marketing teams.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 5+ years of strong content-writing experience, preferably in the IT/Technology domain.
• Has excellent written English and strong storytelling ability.
• Can independently research, structure, write, edit, and publish content.
• Can translate complex technology concepts into clear business-oriented content.
• Understands SEO, content marketing, and B2B lead-generation strategies.
• Can create content for both technical and CXO-level audiences.
• Is creative, detail-oriented, proactive, and deadline-driven.
• Can collaborate effectively with Sales, Marketing, Business Development, and Technology teams.
• Is comfortable working US business hours / India night shift.
• Is willing to work from the Naveera Madurai office 3 days per week.
