As Fortnox grows, so do the demands for robust governance, risk management and compliance (GRC). We are now looking for two Risk Managers who want to work at the intersection of business support and strategic risk management. With us, you will have a role with a strong grounding in reality where you will become an important enabler for Fortnox's business and operations while driving Fortnox's GRC maturity forward in group-wide risk processes.

About the position

In this role, you will have a varied everyday life where you combine strategic risk work in close collaboration with the business:

• Business-related support: You support our functions with qualified risk advice. Here you work closely with the business to help them navigate risks in their everyday lives, support change initiatives and ensure that risk work is simple, proactive and integrated into the business.
• Strategic and central risk work: In parallel, you work on developing and managing Fortnox's Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework. This means, among other things, that you contribute to group-wide risk assessments and compile our joint GRC reporting.

Your main tasks:

• Act as an advisor and sounding board to the business in their ongoing risk work.
• Lead and run risk workshops and risk assessments in close collaboration with relevant functions.
• Work with risk management in change projects and product approval processes (such as NPAP) to ensure that risks are managed early in the process.
• Compile, analyze and deliver GRC reporting to group management and the board, to provide a comprehensive and decision-relevant picture of Fortnox's total risk exposure.
• Participate in further developing and keeping Fortnox's ERM framework relevant and business-friendly.

About you

To succeed in the role, we see that you have an academic degree in economics, law or another relevant field. You have several years of experience working with operational risk, internal control or regulatory compliance. We are looking for someone who wants risk management to contribute to the business in a real way, and who thrives in a role with a strong foundation in reality and close cooperation with the business.

We are therefore looking for you as:

• Have a good understanding of Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) and how different risk types (strategic, financial, operational, compliance) affect business and operations at the group level.
• Has experience with product approval processes (such as NPAP) in financial operations and experience working with risk assessments in change projects.
• Have experience in GRC reporting, where you have compiled and presented risk data to give management a clear picture of the risk landscape.
• Is a skilled communicator who is good at building trust and collaborating with different types of contact points in a growing organization.
• Meritorious: Experience working as a management consultant in risk management, internal governance or GRC. It is also a plus if you have worked in a tech-driven SaaS environment and are familiar with modern GRC tools.

As a person, you are structured, analytical, responsive and have a strong personal drive. You will work closely with colleagues within our newly established Risk function where we support each other to achieve common goals.
