Job Overview
The Project Manager is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget. This role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, managing stakeholders, and ensuring projects align with organizational goals. The Project Manager plays a key role in driving efficiency, managing risks, and supporting business growth in a dynamic, evolving environment.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with the CTO on managing the deliverables, keeping track of progress, and communicating in case of delays.
- Keep track of all tasks, releases, and delays. Should be able to plan for the projects, handling tasks and dependency.
- Responsible to run the daily scrum calls across development, AI, security and support.
- Responsible for preparing release plans and exec summary reports.
- Coordinate and oversee all activities, monitor progress, and highlight any issues or roadblocks that arise. Should be able to proactively identify obstacles.
- Communicate effectively between team members and stakeholders.
- Identify project risks and issues, and implement mitigation plans proactively.

Experience
- 5–8 years of relevant project management experience.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, Management, or a related field.

- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a dynamic environment.
