The Position
Reporting to the Agency Operations Manager, your main mission is the maintenance and installation of equipment in collective housing.
Your daily tasks are as follows:
- Preparing for interventions,
- The installation of water meters, valves, thermal energy meters, heat cost allocators and all accessories (shut-off valves, non-return valves, etc.) can be done alone or as part of a team.
- Performing equipment replacements in your sector,
- Diagnosing installation faults or malfunctions, and performing maintenance on various measuring devices,
- Prepare the dispatchers' investigation files.
- To be the agency's "heating" expert,
- Interpret and legibly complete documents and create plans; operate a portable computer terminal and a smartphone.
Desired Profile
And because you are the ideal candidate, with a CAP/BEP and/or Bac Pro Plumbing qualification, you are good with your hands, and you have an aptitude for maintenance.
