3Shape is transforming dentistry by collaborating with dental professionals worldwide, developing innovations to improve the quality of patient care. Specializing in the design and manufacture of 3D scanners and CAD/CAM software solutions for the dental industry, 3Shape is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark.

We are looking for a Marketing Manager to define and deploy 3Shape's marketing strategy in the French market. Working closely with the sales teams, partners, and headquarters, you will develop and implement the annual marketing plan to support business growth, strengthen brand awareness, and generate qualified sales opportunities.

You will manage marketing campaigns, product launches, events, lead generation activities and strategic partnerships, while ensuring that global initiatives are adapted to the specificities of the local market.

You will be supervising a Marketing Specialist and reporting to the Head of Marketing & Academy Manager of 3Shape France.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with the various teams at 3Shape France (Key Account Managers, Customer Experience, etc.) to meet their needs and support their initiatives.
• Working closely with the Local & Global teams
• Plan, manage and monitor marketing activities while respecting budgets and deadlines.
• Collecting lessons learned and best practices from marketing activities in Local & Global contexts
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing Specialist to develop and deploy an effective digital marketing strategy.
• Collaborating with resellers/partners to develop joint marketing plans and activities.
• Develop customer segmentation and design marketing programs tailored to each segment.
• Leverage competitive data to identify opportunities for 3Shape to differentiate itself in the dental market and track industry trends.
• Geographic scope: France, Belgium and Luxembourg.

Desired profile

• Education: Bachelor's degree (3 years of higher education) or Master's degree (5 years of higher education) in business, marketing or a related field (MBA preferred)
• Knowledge of technical products is an asset
• Possess strong presentation skills, both in terms of giving presentations and creating slides.
• Experience in a marketing/events role
• Experience in event organization and media relations
• Comfortable in a changing, dynamic work environment with short-term objectives to achieve
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Marketo, Adobe, and CRM tools
• Structured, organized, autonomous, proactive
• Communicative, positive, enthusiastic, good with people
• Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Special conditions

The position is eligible for remote work one day per week. Occasional business travel will be required for events in France and Europe. A company car is not provided, and there are no on-call duties.
