Marketing Coordinator

Job Description

We are seeking an organised and creative Marketing Coordinator to support the planning and delivery of marketing campaigns across a range of channels.

Working closely with colleagues across marketing and the wider business, you will help bring campaigns to life, coordinate content and communications, and ensure projects are delivered on time and to a high standard. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a keen interest in marketing, strong attention to detail and the confidence to manage multiple priorities.

The Opportunity

As Marketing Coordinator, you will provide day-to-day support for marketing activity, helping to strengthen brand awareness, engage audiences and contribute to business objectives.

You will:

• Coordinate marketing campaigns and projects from planning through to delivery.
• Support the creation and distribution of content across digital, print and social media channels.
• Help maintain the marketing calendar and coordinate deadlines, approvals and resources.
• Update website content and assist with email marketing and social media activity.
• Work with internal teams and external suppliers to produce marketing materials and communications.
• Monitor campaign performance, compile results and share insights to inform future activity.
• Assist with events, promotional activity and other marketing initiatives.
• Maintain accurate marketing records, assets and contact lists.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a proactive and collaborative marketing professional who is comfortable balancing creative tasks with careful coordination and administration.

You will bring:

• Experience in a marketing, communications or campaign coordination role, or relevant transferable experience.
• Strong written communication skills and an excellent eye for detail.
• Good organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
• Confidence working with digital channels, including websites, email and social media.
• A creative approach and an interest in producing engaging, audience-focused content.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with colleagues and external partners.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office or similar productivity tools.
• A willingness to learn new systems, tools and marketing techniques.
