About the Role

Adam is an extremely growing Czech startup digitizing craftsmanship. Our goal is to build a Czech unicorn, provide customers with a quality craftsman in a few clicks, and support local craftsmen in their business. And we are on the right track! We have expanded to more than 10 countries, received investment from the prestigious domestic fund Presto Ventures and Bolt CEO Markus Villig, and are on the list of 10 Czech startups to watch in 2023.

As a Junior Project Manager, you will be responsible for our operations, expansion into new cities and countries, and you will experience what it's like to be in charge of everything from A to Z. If you want to have your own business one day or want to lead a team of people in a larger company, you will learn how to do it at Adam.

We are a group led by founders who helped build one of the largest and fastest growing technology companies in Europe from the very beginning. We are happy to share our experience with you! We are looking for a hardworking and energetic colleague with a constant desire to learn new things. We prefer colleagues who have already completed university, or are just finishing their diploma and can work full-time.

Your work will include

• Responsibility for our operations in selected cities
• Scaling - we need to quickly adapt to the constantly growing number of incoming orders
• Creation and execution of expansion strategies
• Training new painters and their logistics
• Ensuring super quality - we always want customers to leave extremely satisfied

We are looking for

• They have excellent written and spoken English (another language is an advantage)
• They have great communication skills
• They think logically, can structure and present their ideas
• Won't stop after 20 problems a day
• They are within 2 years of completing their studies (at least a Bachelor's degree) and can work full-time
