We're looking for our next Junior Data Engineer – Data Support and Operations ! Are you passionate about technology, problem-solving, and want to develop your career in Data Engineering ?

This opportunity is for you. You will be the first line of support for our data platform, collaborating on incident resolution, process automation, and continuous improvement of our operations.

What will you do in this role?

• Provide support and incident response for the data platform.
• Diagnose problems using dashboards, logs, and technical documentation.
• Follow up on incidents until resolution, documenting root causes.
• Execute operational processes and information validations.
• Create and maintain runbooks, technical documentation, and support guides.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Research new Artificial Intelligence tools and applications to optimize team work.
• Progressively grow towards Data Engineering responsibilities.

Requirements 

• Bachelor's degree in Systems, Computer Engineering, Data Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of experience (professional internships, personal projects or bootcamps are considered).
• Knowledge of Python, SQL, Git and Linux .
• Basic experience with AWS, GCP or Azure platforms .
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a liking for documentation.
• Curiosity, proactivity and a strong desire to learn.
• Proactive attitude, results-oriented approach, and passion for innovation.
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team and tackle challenges creatively.
