Job Summary

As a Junior Data Associate, you will support MediaRadar's data operations by performing high-volume, foundational data tasks that keep advertising content clean, complete, and ready for downstream processing. Working under direct supervision, you will review ads across media channels using MediaRadar's proprietary platforms and apply established guidelines to prepare data for further classification and attribution. The role does not require in-depth taxonomy or data knowledge. Instead, you'll learn our systems, tools, and procedures while building the accuracy, speed, and data discipline that form the foundation of a career in data operations. This role is ideal for detail-oriented fresh graduates who are eager to learn and want a clear growth path into the Data Associate role.

Responsibilities

  • Review ads using MediaRadar's proprietary platforms and perform foundational data tasks, following established guidelines and SOPs.
  • Complete high-volume, single-item tasks accurately and on time, meeting defined productivity and quality benchmarks.
  • Resolve routine issues when needed and seek guidance from managers or senior team members for cases outside your assigned scope.
  • Identify and flag missing, incomplete, or inconsistent media details to support data completeness and accuracy.
  • Use new tools and automation enhancements as directed, and share feedback to help improve workflows.
  • Apply feedback from quality audits and coaching to continuously improve accuracy and speed.
  • Report on status, volume, and other key metrics.
  • Communicate effectively with team members, managers, and other operational teams.

Success Measures

  • Efficiency: Consistently process assigned volume per day against defined team productivity benchmarks.
  • Quality: Keep rework/error rates below 2% of processed volume through attention to detail and adherence to standards.
  • Ramp-Up: Reach full productivity and quality benchmarks within the defined onboarding period.
  • Process Adherence: Follow SOPs consistently and escalate unclear or out-of-scope cases rather than guessing.

Requirements

Key Qualifications and Role Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field (non-technical welcome).
  • Fresh graduate or intern; no prior work experience are welcome.
  • Basic computer skills, including G-Suite, email, and familiarity with AI tools.
  • Ability to quickly learn and work with online tools, internal reference materials, and new automation enhancements.
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail, especially on repetitive, high-volume work.
  • Willingness to learn, take feedback, and follow established processes.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Adaptable to rotational working days, including holidays, and flexible working hours, as these vary depending on the type of media being handled.
