Junior Account Executive

Job Description

Vietcetera is seeking a Junior Account Executive to join our growing team. You are responsible for making sure our client projects and internal projects run as smoothly as possible. You'll work with our Business team which represents the sales-facing side of our business organization.

You'll be managing projects with companies covering industries ranging from financial services to technology.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the pre-sales, including proposal generation and development of new service offerings; 

• Daily working with internal teams and clients to complete the detailed project plan with the day-to-day operational aspect of the project scope from initiation to closure.

• Understand & respect every department’s role in delivering great work & build close relationships;

• Control client budget and revenue-cost, to ensure the required profitability for the company;

• Making reports to reflect project progress KPIs achievement to Leader and clients;

• Maintaining and developing deeper relationships with existing clients;

• Taking part in building a strong projects team that works toward a mutual goal through training and exchanging experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in account management or relevant roles in the media industry.

• The candidate should be flexible to manage a range of projects, ranging from focused design projects through to multiple stakeholders and multiple workstream projects across a variety of disciplines, including strategy, video, and digital publishing.

• The candidate is expected to have demonstrable experience in selling creative ideas to decision-makers, critical thinking, budget and timeline control and coordination, and stimulating creative teams.

• This candidate must be native in Vietnamese and fluent in English.
