About The Role


We are looking for a (Junior) Revenue Operations Analyst to join our Revenue team. 

The Revenue Operations Analyst plays a key role in optimizing revenue processes to support growth, improve operational efficiency, and increase overall profitability.

You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams, as well as other cross-functional stakeholders, to align processes, systems, and data around a unified revenue strategy.

This role reports to the Director of Revenue Operations within the Revenue department.

Key Responsibilities


As our (Jr.) Revenue Operations Analyst, you will:

  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize Revenue Operations processes, including lead management, sales forecasting, pipeline management, deal execution, and customer journeys. 
  • Align processes and systems across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency. 
  • Analyze sales and revenue data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. 
  • Define, implement, and monitor revenue performance metrics and KPIs to track business performance. 
  • Manage and optimize the revenue technology stack, including CRM, marketing automation, planning, and analytics tools. 
  • Take part in cross-functional projects focused on process improvement, automation, and scalability. 
  • Provide insights and recommendations to leadership to support revenue growth initiatives. 
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and relevant regulatory requirements related to revenue operations. 

Experience


  • Initial relevant experience (1-3 years) in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a similar role. 
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights. 
  • Solid understanding of B2B sales cycles and customer lifecycle management. 
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and analytics/reporting tools. 
  • Experience with cross-functional projects in a fast-paced environment. 
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and scalability. 
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. 
  • Strong business acumen and results-driven mindset.
