The IT team is central to the company's operations. It ensures the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure and tools, facilitates employee onboarding and support, and guarantees the security of systems and data. The role blends technical expertise with interpersonal skills on a daily basis to provide optimal working conditions and boost team productivity.

We are looking for an IT Support Engineer

As an IT Support Engineer, you will provide operational and technical support to all our employees. Reporting to the IT Manager, your role will focus on technical execution, incident resolution, and daily infrastructure maintenance. You will ensure the smooth operation of work tools and the performance of our IT environment, while guaranteeing service continuity.

Your missions

• Manage and maintain the IT infrastructure of a company with 300 internal employees (workstations, network, telephony, meeting rooms)
• Supervise and optimize the overall onboarding and offboarding process for employees (including equipment management, workstation preparation and setup).
• Managing equipment inventory, purchasing, and cost optimization
• Configure and administer the software and applications essential to the operation of the company (Primo, Okta, Google Workspace, Slack, Notion…)
• Manage access rights and privileges across all tools and systems (automation / monitoring / security reviews)
• Providing high-quality technical support to internal and external collaborators
• Ensuring the security of workstations, mobile phones and software tools, web and SaaS
• Participate in the implementation, security, and optimization of the company's IT networks by proposing areas for improvement.
• Managing UniFi networks (VLANs, SSID, DHCP, firewall, mDNS)
• Participate in technology monitoring, identify improvements and propose optimization or security projects (EDR, MFA, etc.)
• Actively participate in various migration projects (IT infrastructure and tools) to support the company's technological evolution.
• Take control of the company's AI tools and also offer your boosted IT workflows

Note: Travel to the En Voiture Simone site (an entity of the Ornikar group) is to be expected as part of your duties.

• Administer and maintain the UniFi network infrastructure (routers, switches, Wi-Fi access points, VLANs, etc.)
• Write and regularly update technical documentation and internal procedures

Your Experience and Skills

• Technical experience : 2 to 3 years in IT support and system administration, comfortable with Mac environments and SaaS tools (Primo, Okta, Google Workspace, Salesforce)
• Cybersecurity : good knowledge of IT security standards and best practices
• Project management : proven experience in leading IT projects and coordinating external service providers
• Rigour & organisation : methodical management of equipment inventory and project monitoring, autonomy and anticipation of needs
• Communication & teaching skills : excellent interpersonal skills, ability to support colleagues and collaborate with diverse teams
• Responsiveness & initiative : proactive in proposing continuity plans and backup solutions, sound judgment in incident management
• Documentation : good writing skills for creating and maintaining daily technical and educational documentation
• Prioritization : ability to arbitrate support requests based on urgency and impact
• Autonomy & collaboration : comfortable working independently as well as in a team to successfully complete missions
