What we are looking for

• Significant experience building and shipping great products
• Deep curiosity and ability to dive deep into our customer domain, deriving first principles to solve complex engineering problems
• Concrete understanding of system design, tech debt tradeoffs, and scalable architecture
• The kind of ambition that keeps you restless, always pushing the frontier

What you'll do

• Model complex domain-specific systems with elegant backend architectures
• Build autonomous Agents, constantly integrating frontier methods to increase their impact and reliability
• Design and integrate new types of interfaces for human/agent collaboration
• Build enterprise-grade systems that balance speed, trust, and scale
• Own delivery end-to-end: from architecture to shipping with fast iteration cycles
• Work with the following stack (ever evolving): Typescript, Vercel AI SDK / Vercel, Neon / Postgres, Langsmith
• Shape not just the product, but the company itself

Interview Process

1. 45-min calls with each co-founder (Julien and Max) to discuss your motivation and dig into your experience
2. Take-home technical test
3. 90-min onsite session: tech test debrief, follow-up discussion
4. Ref check and offer
