• Toss's DataOps Manager belongs to the Data Operations Team.
• The Data Operations Team is responsible for the entire data lifecycle and creates a reliable data utilization environment to enable data-driven decision-making within the organization.
• Toss builds products in silo organizational units. Six to eight people, including Product Owners, Designers, Developers, and Data Analysts, form a single silo and work autonomously like a small startup.
• The DataOps Manager is responsible for the entire data process, from log design to metric management and visualization, to ensure that data is effectively utilized across assigned silos and domains.

This is the work we will do together if you join.

• We define customer behavior data and service logs, and manage the entire lifecycle from design to collection, QA, and monitoring.
• Define key metrics necessary for business decision-making, manage metric consistency, and create a reliable metric system.
• We use SQL to extract and validate domain data, and track and improve data quality issues.
• I design and operate dashboards that visualize key metrics and support business decision-making using tools such as Tableau and Looker.
• Participate in data mart design and ETL pipeline improvement to make data structures efficient.
• Increase the productivity of the entire team by automating and systematizing repetitive data operations.
• Collaborate with POs, Designers, Developers, and Analysts within silos to improve data usability and advance the enterprise data infrastructure.

• Experience defining, designing, and operating app log or service log data
• Experience in extracting and validating complex data using SQL
• Experience in data quality management, establishing and improving QA processes
• Experience in dashboard design and visualization using Tableau, Looker, Redash, etc.
• Experience in designing data marts or building ETL pipelines
• Experience in increasing productivity through data operations automation and efficiency
• Experience improving data utilization while collaborating with product or service organizations
