Content Marketing Specialist

Job Description

A result-driven Content Marketer to manage a multichannel content strategy from concept to execution, reporting to the Head of Growth & Marketing — building awareness and driving engagement with current and new customers.

You will be responsible for

• Develop and manage a holistic content strategy and calendar for the year
• Identify topics to grow our merchant community and user base
• Craft web and campaign copy in inyad's voice — ads, landing pages, sales material, email nurtures
• Script and help produce video content (customer stories, testimonials, best practices)
• Drive long-form content (whitepapers, webinars) and short-form content (blogs, articles, infographics)
• Work with other marketing team members to complete assets (design, performance, product marketing)
• Work with product marketing and product teams to ensure accurate storytelling and incorporate client feedback

Your Qualifications

• 2-4 years' experience in B2B SaaS marketing and/or e-commerce content creation, with a portfolio
• BSc in Marketing, Journalism or a relevant field preferred
• Experience generating whitepapers, webinars, blog posts, multimedia content and sales collateral
• Exceptional verbal, writing and editing abilities in Arabic, French and English
• Compelling storyteller with a knack for resonant narratives
• Natural educator and researcher; can distill complex topics into engaging content
• Outstanding team player who relates well to customers and colleagues
• A healthy obsession with style guides and grammatical exactitude
• Resourceful, self-motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced start-up
• Background growing an audience on social media
• Basic understanding of SEO and social analytics
