The position

As part of our business development, we are recruiting a Civil Engineering Cost Estimator:

Your responsibilities will include:

- Analyzing tender documents and technical and administrative materials.- Studying plans, specifications, and technical requirements for projects.- Performing quantity take-offs and quantifying material, equipment, and labor requirements.- Consulting suppliers and subcontractors to obtain the best offers.- Establishing direct costs and calculating projected project costs.- Developing cost studies and preparing bills of quantities and cost estimates.

Desired profile

• Hold an engineering degree or a Master's degree (Bac+5) in civil engineering, building construction, public works, or equivalent.
• Demonstrate experience in cost estimating, ideally within the construction industry.
• Be proficient in cost estimation, quantity surveying, and cost analysis techniques.
• Have a thorough understanding of applicable construction standards, regulations, and methods.
• Be proficient in office software and technical design and cost estimation software.
• Demonstrate rigor, organizational skills, and strong analytical abilities.
