About the Role
We’re looking for a versatile All-Round Designer who shapes how Coachbetter shows up visually across marketing, product, sales, and brand touchpoints. You’ll create and evolve high-quality design across digital, print, and video: from landing pages and campaigns to video content and animations, ensuring a consistent, impactful brand experience for both B2C and B2B audiences. This role is ideal for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive, someone who takes ownership, brings creative ideas to the table, and enjoys building and elevating a growing sports tech brand.
Responibilities
Design & Brand Ownership
Evolve and strengthen Coachbetter’s brand identity across all digital and print touchpoints. Ensure visual consistency and excellence across all channels and campaigns. Maintain high standards in typography, color, layout, and messaging. Develop and refine scalable brand assets and design systems.
Digital & Marketing Design
Design high-impact, user-centric assets for web pages, landing pages, email campaigns, banners, and paid ads. Create visual materials for campaigns, presentations, sales enablement, events, and internal communications. Translate business and marketing objectives into clear, compelling visual solutions.
Video & Motion
Edit and produce high-quality video content for social media, marketing campaigns, and in-app/product education. Create animations that elevate storytelling and engagement. Support the planning, scripting, and execution of video productions from concept to final delivery.
Creative Strategy & Collaboration
Own design projects end-to-end — from concept and ideation to final delivery. Proactively initiate and contribute to creative concepts and visual storytelling initiatives. Collaborate closely with Marketing, Product, and Sales to align creative output with strategic goals. Adapt designs effectively for different audiences (B2C & B2B) and channels. Balance strong brand expression with performance-driven, conversion-focused design needs.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience across branding, digital, print, and motion, with a strong portfolio showcasing static and video work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (incl. After Effects & Premiere Pro) and Figma, with solid fundamentals in typography, layout, and visual storytelling.
- Experience designing for digital marketing channels and producing print materials, including hands-on video editing and post-production.
- Ability to manage projects independently in a fast-paced, remote environment, with strong communication and ownership.
- Interest or experience in AI-powered design tools to enhance creative workflows.
